📋 Description

• Collaborate with Account Teams to build consultative relationships and provide IT solutions and professional services • Focus on technical presales solutions spanning cloud, collaboration, security, data center, networking, mobility, end user devices, managed services, and digital/IoT transformation • Serve as a trusted advisor on key products, solutions, and partners • Develop proposals and statements of work; assist with packaging, pricing, and presenting solutions • Lead proposal solutioning as the technical solution owner • Validate and create bills of materials from leading OEMs using configuration tools • Provide technical assistance to customers and Account Teams • Gather customer integration service needs, challenges, and product requirements to develop business cases • Communicate IT strategy and vision based on Iron Bow capabilities to meet customer technical requirements • Develop tailored solutions aligned with IT modernization, Workforce Experience, Digital Transformation, and Cybersecurity strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor degree in a related field • 10 years of experience in engineering presales or related experience • Broad understanding of cloud, collaboration, security, data center, networking, mobility, end user devices, managed services, and digital/IoT transformation • Ability to develop an area of specialization • Experience with leading OEMs and OEM configuration and operation toolsets • Knowledge of relevant solution sets, product line specifications, performance criteria, and applications • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively as a team member and assume a technical leadership role • Demonstrated technical knowledge and consultative skills • Relevant experience with competitor offerings in technology areas • US citizenship is required • Government clearance is a plus • OEM certifications are a plus, ideally Dell datacenter • Department of Justice experience is desired but not required • May include up to 20% travel
