📋 Description

• Provide executive oversight and strategic engagement with client executive stakeholders up to the C-suite • Organize and lead strategic design workshops during kickoff and design phases • Translate client needs into executable Statements of Work and formal contracts • Create and oversee project documentation, including budget/finance reports, risk registers, staff utilization logs, and project status reports • Own final sign-off for architecture artifacts, user stories, sprints, final scope, and acceptance criteria • Ensure solution engineers can execute seamlessly from design plans • Function as a Professional Services subject matter expert to assist pre-sales activities • Identify expansion opportunities for Iron Mountain solutions • Run project P&Ls to protect commercial margins • Configure and deploy OCR and Intelligent Document Processing solutions using cloud AI services • Integrate Large Language Models into document processing pipelines to improve extraction accuracy, handle ambiguous layouts, and generate structured JSON/XML outputs • Design, train, and validate end-to-end IDP workflows, including data labeling, model training, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop review

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a consultant or professional services lead • Proven track record of delivering successful digital projects • Minimum 5 years of direct implementation experience with Enterprise Content Management platforms • Experience with advanced workflows and agile methodologies • Strong financial acumen to manage resource P&Ls • Ability to write business cases demonstrating ROI • Solid understanding of enterprise IT architectures and cloud technologies • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills • Client-facing documentation skills • Experience configuring and deploying OCR and Intelligent Document Processing solutions using AWS Textract, Google Document AI, Azure Form Recognizer, or equivalent cloud AI services • Experience integrating Large Language Models such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or open-source equivalents into document processing pipelines • Experience generating structured JSON/XML outputs • Experience designing, training, and validating end-to-end IDP workflows • Experience with data labeling, model training, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop review
