📋 Description

• Manage company and project settings, user permissions, and standardized templates • Serve as the in-house subject matter expert, providing troubleshooting, onboarding, and practical training • Build custom dashboards and reports for visibility into project metrics and financial performance • Collaborate with IT and operations to integrate Procore with accounting and ERP platforms • Monitor system performance and incorporate new Procore features to refine workflows and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a Procore superuser or administrator • Strong knowledge of construction workflows and documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver clear training to non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical skills with experience creating custom reports, auditing data integrity, and supporting system integrations • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience • Procore Certified Administrator designation is highly preferred • Experience with OPC preferred
