📋 Description

• Administer and configure Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and adjacent recruiting tools, including job templates, interview plans, scorecards, approval chains, and permissions • Manage user access, roles, and permission groups across the TA stack, ensuring timely offboarding • Build and maintain recruiting workflows and automations • Own ATS data hygiene, including deduplication, field standardization, and routine audits • Support integrations between recruiting tools and downstream systems, partnering with Systems Engineers on data-feed troubleshooting • Provide tier-one support for recruiter and coordinator system questions, resolving or escalating issues • Coordinate with vendors on support tickets, release management, feature rollouts, and configuration changes • Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and training materials • Identify and implement recruiting-operations automation, including AI-enabled tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering recruiting or HR systems, with hands-on Greenhouse or comparable ATS administration • Strong working knowledge of interview scheduling tools such as ModernLoop and their configuration • Demonstrated experience managing user access, permissions, and workflow configuration in SaaS platforms • A track record of improving data hygiene and building reporting-ready processes • Experience supporting integrations between systems and coordinating with vendors on troubleshooting • An automation mindset and comfort using AI-enabled tools to streamline repetitive operational work • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to translate recruiter needs into system solutions • Clear written communication and a habit of documenting processes for a scaling team
