📋 Description

• Plan, develop, maintain, and support information technology systems and operations • Participate in metrics gathering, monitoring activities, and on-call rotations using Application Insights, Grafana, and OpsGenie • Evaluate, implement, and manage software and hardware solutions to ensure workstation and server data integrity • Conduct routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers • Troubleshoot server and associated technology problems and implement solutions • Install and configure recommended solutions for customer needs • Implement system backup schedules and database archive operations • Research and produce solutions to complex technical problems through analysis, development/programming, testing, and application of emerging technologies • Perform system patching, vulnerability remediation, system backups, security, and disaster recovery • Plan, design, coordinate, procure, and install servers and storage infrastructure • Prepare reports for management • Develop and maintain scripted automation, including Azure Automation Runbooks • Manage tickets, service requests, and CMDB records in the ITSM platform • Administer endpoint management tooling to provision, configure, and maintain compliance across workstations and devices • Provide documentation, training, technical support, and mentoring to team members • Maintain 99.9% system uptime and availability • Ensure systems are patched, backed up, and compliant with Microsoft Entra policies • Deliver assigned projects on time and within scope

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience operating Azure and AWS public clouds • Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration and networking • Proficiency in BASH, Python, or PowerShell scripting • Experience building and maintaining automation such as Azure Automation Runbooks • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices • Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms such as HaloITSM or ServiceNow • Experience managing incidents, service requests, changes, and CMDB records • Experience with endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Autopilot • Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, Conditional Access policies, access governance/entitlement management, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) • Project management ability to prioritize, handle risk, control costs, adhere to timelines, and manage project teams • Experience and desire to mentor less experienced team members • Strong organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to translate technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to lift 15 pounds at times • Ability to travel to the Orlando office if needed to service and support hardware • Must live within the U.S.
