📋 Description

• Support and improve OpenSesame’s internal IT systems • Resolve escalated IT support tickets within expected service timelines • Manage core IT tools, user administration, permissions, integrations, and automation • Review and maintain cloud environments and SaaS platforms • Maintain enterprise data and internet security practices, documentation, and established policies • Participate in internal security compliance audits and respond to audit requests • Audit account provisioning and deprovisioning workflows and recommend improvements • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation for manual workflows • Improve the reliability, security, and maintainability of internal AI workflows • Cross-train Help Desk Support personnel on internal systems and applications • Manage systems projects and process improvements with minimal oversight • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Information Systems team and IT leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven examples demonstrating the ability to perform the role, build systems, drive alignment, and create impact at scale • Proactive, hands-on approach and ownership in a fast-paced environment • Experience administering internal IT systems, integrations, permissions, and automation • Experience with cloud environments and SaaS platforms • Experience resolving escalated IT support tickets • Working proficiency in Jamf, Google Workspace, and Okta • Knowledge of endpoint management and user access controls • Knowledge of enterprise data and internet security practices • Experience with IT tools including Okta, Apple MacBook, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Zoom, Microsoft Intune, Jamf, password managers, and Zscaler • Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the United States • Ability to travel up to 15 days per year
