📋 Description

• Create and manage a cost and commercial management process • Ensure project forecasts align with current funding, billings, and month-end/yearly close-out activities • Support change control by evaluating budget revisions and reviewing contractor invoices • Flag potential risks or changes in a timely and transparent manner • Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert to governance and training materials • Ensure projects operate within approved parameters and organizational standards • Work closely with the North America Commercial Director and Project Team Commercial Managers • Provide financial and commercial management across the North America portfolio of projects from inception to completion

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience in the delivery of mission-critical construction projects, specifically within corporate real estate or military settings • Proficiency in budgeting and accounting • Experience using cost control systems such as Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets • Ability to influence stakeholders through logical arguments • Ability to think creatively and operate with substantial independence • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field • Professional certifications such as PMP or P.E. are highly desirable
