📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, monitor, and report on the organization’s financial matters • Manage and ensure compliance with financial policies, professional standards, and all laws • Provide escrow accounting and related services through the Centralized Escrow Accounting (CEA) Service Center • Support wire processing, transfers, and bank reconciliations • Handle 1099s and escheat reporting • Manage centralized bank account documentation • Manage customer-driven investments • Monitor daily transactions and positive pay • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience • Ability to understand how own team integrates with related teams to accomplish objectives • Ability to recognize and solve atypical problems that occur infrequently • Ability to evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures • Ability to communicate and explain complex information, including interdependencies within the team and others • Ability to work under limited supervision and use discretion to modify work practices and processes • Ability to act as a resource for less experienced team members
