📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and the Salesforce Platform • Build and support enterprise integrations between Salesforce and MuleSoft, CommerceTools, Stripe, Sitecore, Azure services, and other third-party applications • Establish and promote development standards, code quality practices, security controls, and platform governance • Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and release criteria • Own delivery across the full SDLC, including technical design, development, testing, deployment readiness, production support, and continuous improvement • Use Git source control, branching strategies, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments • Participate in Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, standups, reviews, and retrospectives • Troubleshoot complex application, integration, deployment, and production issues; perform root-cause analysis • Monitor platform performance and drive optimization, refactoring, technical debt reduction, and modernization initiatives • Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, integration documentation, runbooks, knowledge articles, and implementation guides • Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities, releases, and ecosystem technologies and recommend adoption opportunities • Support platform security, compliance, audit readiness, data governance, and change management initiatives • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level Salesforce developers • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing models, profiles, permission sets, and data governance • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause analysis skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification preferred • Additional Salesforce certifications and Copado certification a plus • Apex development and test class design • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern UI development patterns • Salesforce Flows and declarative automation • REST/SOAP API integration development • Git, pull requests, branching strategies, and CI/CD automation • Salesforce deployment and release management practices • Platform performance analysis and optimization • Security, compliance, and governance implementation on Salesforce • Experience with AI tools or demonstrated willingness to learn • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or high school diploma with at least 11 years of Salesforce platform development experience • 7+ years of Salesforce platform development experience, including significant hands-on Apex and LWC development • Experience designing, developing, and supporting custom Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware platforms, and enterprise integration patterns • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs • Experience with enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft • Experience with Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment pipelines • Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and cross-functional collaboration • Ability to work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods and operate computer equipment
