📋 Description

• Administer Atlassian products and assist clients with implementation to support business processes • Provide hands-on support and guidance to multiple clients using Atlassian tools • Provide scheduled on-call support during off hours • Respond to service outage incidents to meet contracted SLAs • Participate in process improvement efforts across the team and organization • Identify, develop, and deliver services and solutions that improve client satisfaction • Acquire Atlassian certification by passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams • Maintain Atlassian certifications through additional Atlassian Pro Skills badges • Support the Sales team with proposals, renewals, and quarterly client business reviews • Contribute original Atlassian ecosystem marketing content, including quarterly blog posts and white papers

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client service or help desk role • Experience as a Jira administrator preferred • Ability to effectively manage time and expectations with internal resources and clients • Ability to manage multiple clients and issues simultaneously • Effective verbal and written communication for technical and business operations audiences • Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems to deliver complete solutions • Ability to administer Atlassian products and provide strategic guidance on long-term use • Ability to advise clients on best practices, guidelines, and recommendations • Ability to execute essential functions to meet or exceed annually established individual success metrics • Ability to work within the Isos culture and values • Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing • Must be authorized to work in the United States
