📋 Description

• Lead and continuously improve onboarding processes • Maintain HRIS data and workflows in Paycor • Collaborate with Accounting to ensure payroll data and timekeeping records are accurate and processed on schedule • Administer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits programs • Coordinate annual open enrollment and support benefits renewals, vendor communications, and employee education • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC regulations • Develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters • Conduct or support investigations and ensure proper documentation and confidentiality • Coordinate and track performance management processes, goal setting, evaluations, and professional development activities • Coach and advise managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement strategies • Generate and analyze HR metrics such as retention, turnover, and engagement trends • Support compliance audits, DCAA reporting, and government-related HR documentation requirements • Collaborate with leadership on culture initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications • Continuously assess HR processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience across multiple areas such as benefits, employee relations, compliance, and performance management • Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices • Experience supporting benefits administration and HRIS data management • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity • Experience using Paycor HRIS modules preferred • PHR or SHRM-CP certification (or in progress) preferred • Experience in a government contracting or technology environment preferred
