📋 Description

• Design, configure, develop, test, and support ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, with periodic WSD support • Develop HR workflows, HR case functionality, reasonable accommodation workflows, scoped applications, and Talent Development / Employee Growth and Development capabilities • Evaluate user stories and technical requirements; identify missing requirements, design concerns, dependencies, security implications, and stronger ServiceNow patterns • Recommend solution approaches and collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and client stakeholders • Develop and maintain secure scoped applications using ServiceNow platform best practices and ACL design • Support data loads, transformations, migration activities, import sets, and data validation • Develop and support IntegrationHub, REST API, and related ServiceNow integrations • Perform peer code reviews, troubleshoot complex defects and production issues, and support root-cause analysis and remediation • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, testing, release activities, and technical discussions with FDIC stakeholders • Support WSD mapping updates and related workplace-service enhancements • Contribute to reporting and analytics solutions, including Performance Analytics • Follow SDLC, Agile, change-control, security, and documentation requirements for the FDIC environment

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, or equivalent relevant experience and demonstrated technical depth sufficient for senior-level responsibilities • Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development experience, including developing and troubleshooting HR workflows and HR-focused platform solutions • Experience developing ServiceNow scoped applications • Strong understanding of ServiceNow security, including ACL design and protection of sensitive data • Experience with data migration/loading concepts, including import sets, transform maps, and data validation • Ability to critically review user stories, identify gaps or technical risks, ask proactive questions, and recommend solution options • Experience conducting peer code reviews and troubleshooting complex application or platform issues • Ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders and participate in technical and requirements discussions • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote Agile delivery environment • U.S. citizenship required • Must be able to satisfy FDIC personnel security requirements, including eligibility for and successful completion of the FDIC High Risk Public Trust/background investigation • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification required • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered • Performance Analytics experience highly preferred • Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and REST/API integrations • Experience with WSD, workplace mapping, or related workplace-service functionality • Experience with ServiceNow Talent Development / Employee Growth and Development • Experience integrating HR systems or employee onboarding toolkits with ServiceNow HRSD • Experience with Flow Designer, Glide APIs/JavaScript, UI Builder/Service Portal, Automated Test Framework, or Virtual Agent • Prior experience supporting federal government customers or regulated financial-sector environments • Experience working with sensitive HR data and federal security/change-control processes
