📋 Description

• Take sold restoration jobs from inside sales through completion of work • Contact customers to review furniture and cabinet restoration processes based on authorized estimates • Select and coordinate with local restoration firms • Manage restoration jobs through completion • Handle work concerns and bill and collect balance payments • Own end-to-end case workflows and ensure files progress smoothly from start to finish • Manage account reconciliation for repair invoicing, including payments, balances, and deposits • Resolve Liberty Mutual P2P claim disputes, delayed approvals, and adjuster disagreements • Ensure jobs comply with third-party administrator rules, deadlines, and portal update requirements • Audit estimates and invoices before submission to insurance companies • Train new staff and conduct refresher training on claims, insurance portals, SLAs, and carrier guidelines • Lead daily stand-up meetings to review priorities and roadblocks • Serve as the team's subject-matter resource and handle difficult customers or situations • Cover active jobs for out-of-office staff • Audit active and completed files for complete and accurate paperwork, photos, and drying logs • Monitor team speed and job completion times • Resolve complex customer complaints, homeowner escalations, and serious warranty problems • Help update operations manuals, rules, templates, and process guides • Comply with local legislative requirements, company guidelines, and the corporate Code of Conduct • Act ethically when dealing with company assets and other people

🎯 Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent • Knowledge in woodworking or construction • Strong projection and delivery of results by prescribed deadlines • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent customer service orientation • Strong attention to detail • Experience working as a member of high-performance teams and demonstrated ability as a strong team player • Ability to effectively balance multiple tasks • Effective problem solving • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Consistent demonstration of integrity and ethics • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities • Collaborative approach with ability to adapt in fast-paced environments • Self-motivated and proactive • Organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Clear communication and ability to simplify complex directions
