📋 Description

• Assist with managing client relationships by regularly communicating with clients, understanding their preferences, and providing tailored matchmaking services • Assist with selecting and presenting high-quality matches aligned with client expectations • Coordinate dates and maintain ongoing client engagement • Balance daily calls and emails to ensure superior client support • Provide coaching and guidance to clients in their dating journey

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service • 2+ years of remote work experience • Previous experience managing high call volume, high client and/or account volume • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms • Ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism • Customer-focused professional with experience working with high-end clientele
