📋 Description

• Own the client relationship and act as the client’s internal advocate • Ensure delivered products and services exceed expectations and drive measurable impact • Lead planning, coordination, workflow, creation, and execution of project plans for web and app projects • Facilitate planning and status meetings and share meeting outputs clearly • Review websites for accuracy, brand adherence, and quality standards • Coordinate team and client approvals for creative deliverables • Improve website production processes for faster launches and account deadlines • Deliver detailed creative briefs and participate in UX/UI creative reviews • Add text, photos, and videos to pages • Construct menu and navigation systems and help integrate third-party data • Interpret and route client requests • Participate in weekly allocation and roadmap meetings with Product Delivery • Contribute to methodologies, standards, and best practices to streamline digital production

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in client-facing roles within tech • Bonus if working with API integrations, particularly with Olo, Personica, Yext, or other menu management systems or loyalty programs • Ability to manage opinionated teams and keep projects on track • Self-motivated and able to figure things out independently • Readiness to use Jira for project coordination and communication • Strong writing skills, with the ability to communicate succinctly and understandably
