📋 Description

• Own full-cycle new business, including prospecting, outreach, and closing • Position Plein Air's technology and influencer capabilities, including Big Colony and Korora, as core differentiators • Build repeatable sales processes and materials • Shape how the sales function operates long-term • Partner directly with leadership and delivery teams to scope executable deals • Build the Account Executive function from the ground up • Sell Plein Air's agency services to restaurant and food service brands

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of experience • Experience in agency, martech, or influencer/creator sales, ideally with exposure to restaurant or hospitality brands • Proven ability to generate pipeline and create new business opportunities • Experience in B2B sales with ownership over early-stage deal development • Strong consultative instincts focused on uncovering and shaping client needs • Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders • Excellent communication skills and ability to quickly build credibility and trust • Ability to speak credibly about marketing strategy and technology/product • Quota-carrying, revenue-owning sales experience • Restaurant, restaurant technology, or restaurant marketing experience is a plus
