📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that solve meaningful business and customer problems. • Work closely with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts. • Build reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions. • Develop tools supporting critical benefit programs for United States Veterans and their families.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related technical role. • 3+ years of experience in Python and experience with software development best practices. • 3+ years of experience with generative AI and large language models. • Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, databases, version control, testing, and CI/CD. • Required Tools/Technologies: AWS Bedrock, Artificial Intelligence Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Docker, Amazon SageMaker, and JupyterLab • Understanding of machine-learning concepts, model evaluation, and data preparation. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. • Familiarity with Salesforce and MuleSoft • Experience with generative AI and large language models. • Experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or similar tools. • Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems. • Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and scalable inference systems. • Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and AI security practices. • Experience delivering AI solutions from prototype through production.
