📋 Description

• Develop and participate in a Regional team of Commodity Managers • Develop, implement, and measure Regional Business Plans and commodity strategies • Develop Regional Commodity infrastructure supporting Jabil’s business and growth plans • Develop, monitor, and implement Regional Commodity Strategies • Develop the supply base and conduct contract negotiations • Market Jabil’s Supply Chain Management expertise internally and externally • Define, develop, and implement supply chain models • Analyze market conditions and implement supply chain strategies for competitive supply and pricing • Maximize purchase leverage for the best total cost of ownership • Influence current and potential new customers • Build relationships with Business Unit Management regarding new business opportunities • Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting, analysis, and metrics management • Establish measurement systems and implement best-in-class practices and processes • Manage sourcing, supplier management, cost, quality, and risk mitigation strategies for Ultra-Large Form Factor Metal Enclosures • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethics, safety, health, quality, and security procedures • Ensure effective knowledge and information exchange across Jabil

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field preferred • 5-10 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas) • Experience presenting PowerPoint presentations to suppliers • Understanding technical 2D/3D drawings • Experience with structural metal fabrication preferred • Deep technical understanding of metal fabrication processes • Ability to manage suppliers supporting large-scale, precision enclosure assemblies • Knowledge of sourcing, supplier management, cost, quality, and risk mitigation strategies • Experience with contract negotiations
