📋 Description

• Develop, negotiate, and administer sourcing contracts, including master service agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements, with suppliers globally • Review, analyze, and interpret complex contractual terms and conditions, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with legal, procurement, engineering, and other internal departments to align contract terms with business objectives and legal requirements • Lead and support supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable supply chains • Manage contract amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring timely execution and proper documentation • Monitor supplier performance against contractual obligations and support resolution of contract-related disputes • Maintain accurate and current contract records in the contract management system • Identify and implement process improvements for contract management and sourcing activities • Ensure compliance with Jabil policies, procedures, and ethical standards
