📋 Description

• Support and promote the sale of Jackson's investment products through advanced retirement and wealth planning strategies • Act as a consultant and liaison to the sales force and business partner to advisors • Communicate, identify, and help close sales opportunities • Mentor, guide, and train other staff members • Communicate advanced strategy concepts to wholesalers and representatives by phone and in person • Conduct advanced sales strategy presentations • Generate case illustrations for wholesalers and representatives in the assigned territory • Develop and manage a business plan to enhance sales in the assigned territory • Develop advanced strategies presentations, marketing materials, and white papers • Draft summaries, articles, and presentations addressing product, industry, and regulatory issues • Respond to, follow up on, and make outbound calls to support sales • Research and monitor industry and regulatory changes • Conduct continuing education programs • Train sales desk employees, external wholesalers, and other associates • Train and assist less experienced Advanced Strategies Consultants • Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Advanced degree or certification, including LLM, MBA, CIMA, CAIA, or CFA, required • JD, CFP, or CPA preferred • 8+ years of experience in financial services sales or consultation required • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) required • FINRA Series 6 or 7 required • Expertise in annuities, mutual funds, and other investment related sales strategies • Expertise in advanced case design, including estate planning, taxation, retirement plans, and charitable giving • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills with demonstrated experience in public speaking • Solid relationship building and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated sales skills • Strong research and analytical skills • Ability to work autonomously in a collegial environment • Up to 75%+ travel required
