📋 Description

• Drive the sales quote creation process and provide consultation to internal teams • Develop sales quotes in CRM tools and ensure timely quote execution • Assist with renewals and purchase orders • Ensure sales order readiness and coordinate order submissions • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Order Management, and GTM teams • Gather requirements for renewal, expansion, and upsell opportunities • Calculate and validate complex quoting scenarios, including multidate co-terms, staggered deployments, and module/feature upgrades with dependencies • Secure internal approvals from cross-functional teams • Ensure compliance with company booking and revenue policies • Research customer license purchase and renewal history and make recommendations • Understand customer contracts, agreements, and internal systems to validate quotes • Audit sales database information and remove duplicates, inaccurate information, and irrelevant contacts • Partner with Revenue Operations and Order Administration to ensure accurate and timely order booking • Develop quoting expertise and ensure quotes comply with contracts, legal agreements, and company policies • Manage quote version control • Identify tool and process improvements around deal configuration, pricing, and quoting • Participate in user acceptance testing • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of the sales quote creation process and its nuances • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work with diverse roles across the company • Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities • Ability to balance varied daily tasks and adjust priorities • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized • Tech savvy, good at math, and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to work independently or in a team environment • 2+ years of experience in quote development process/account quoting • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software • Experience working with sales personnel • Unrestricted right to work in the United States • Residence in an eligible U.S. state • Salesforce.com/CPQ experience (nice to have) • SaaS/technology industry experience (nice to have) • Experience with direct end users and resellers (nice to have) • Experience with deal desk, finance, contracts, sales, or revenue/sales operations (nice to have)
