📋 Description

• Manage assigned projects from design through construction and final closeout • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items • Manage project scope, budget, commitments, change orders, and forecasting • Coordinate architects, engineers, designers, contractors, vendors, procurement, and field teams • Lead project meetings and communicate status, risks, decisions, and required actions • Manage RFIs, submittals, design changes, approvals, and project documentation • Coordinate procurement and track long-lead materials, equipment, millwork, graphics, and other critical items • Partner with the Superintendent to manage construction progress and resolve field issues • Identify schedule, cost, scope, and operational risks and escalate significant issues to program leadership • Coordinate punch lists, turnover documentation, financial reconciliation, and project closeout

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree or commensurate experiences with at least 3 years of experience in project management • Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and drive profit and growth • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in MS Project, Excel, and other advanced project management software such as ProCore • Ability to accomplish big-picture objectives through a strong focus on detail • Prior military experience preferred but not required
