📋 Description

• Act as an on-site project leader for Electronic Security projects with assigned customers • Plan, execute, and complete projects safely and cost-effectively • Perform or delegate system programming, integration, installation coordination, system and network commissioning, and project closeout tasks • Develop project plans and coordinate resources for timely, cost-effective installation and completion • Direct subcontractors, electrical installers, technicians, designers, and administrative staff • Install hardware and perform software programming using established standards • Load, verify, and commission system controllers • Validate system functionality and resolve issues with subcontractors and other stakeholders • Produce accurate project as-built and commissioning documentation • Coach, mentor, and provide technical assistance to less experienced team members • Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements and safety standards • Assist with material selection, ordering, budgeting, and delivery scheduling using web-based tools • Communicate project status to management and assist with monthly revenue, cost, and gross-margin forecasts • Conduct site-specific owner/operator training and provide system-operation documentation and manuals • Adhere to security, fire, and safety codes • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of field experience in the commercial or industrial Electronic Security industry • Technical, hands-on experience with systems design, commissioning and/or programming of Electronic Security Systems • Ability to communicate technical material to a nontechnical audience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general Windows environment • Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances as needed, including background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit checks • Technical proficiency working with fiber and networks (preferred) • Experience with a wide variety of commercial Electronic Security Systems, including Software House C•CURE 9000, Lenel, Genetec, Bosch BVMS, etc. (preferred) • Lenel and Vindicator experience (preferred) • Lenel programming experience (preferred) • Experience managing or leading security-related projects and associated teams (preferred) • Electronics certification from an accredited technical school (preferred) • Lenel certification (preferred)
