📋 Description

• Lead store teams to deliver consistent business results, ensuring accountability for operational excellence and customer satisfaction • Collaborate across departments and functions to align district performance with company goals • Develop talent pipelines through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning • Analyze district performance using data tools like Power BI to identify challenges and execute action plans for underperforming locations • Align priorities, manage resources, and maintain brand and operational standards • Create and support an inclusive work culture • Communicate effectively at all levels to influence, engage, and drive alignment • Travel regularly to stores within the assigned area

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Long Island • Ability to travel regularly to stores within assigned area • 5+ years of District Management experience, including responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing store managers, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards across multiple locations • Skilled communicator with the ability to inspire teams and drive collaborations across functions • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; able to manage complexity with confidence • Proficient in retail technologies, reporting tools, and productivity systems • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred • Background in specialty retail or the apparel industry preferred • Demonstrated success turning around underperforming stores preferred • Experience with omnichannel retail and digital engagement strategies preferred • Well-connected in the retail industry with a track record in external recruiting preferred
