📋 Description

• Build full-stack features and components for Innovation Crew pilots, including backend services, REST APIs, data pipeline connectors, and frontend implementations • Write clean, well-documented code designed for handoff to maintaining teams • Integrate builds with Snowflake, internal APIs, cloud platforms, and the API Gateway • Contribute agent patterns, tests, traces, and documentation to the Power Agents library • Build tool integrations, evaluation harnesses, and observability instrumentation for the AI agent workforce • Configure frontier model APIs, agentic frameworks, and MCP server integrations • Implement frontend components, connect UI layers to backend services, and contribute to the shared component library • Support technical scoping by mapping dependencies, investigating unknowns, and estimating effort • Build proof-of-concept implementations and contribute benchmark findings to Technology Radar drafts • Ship an initial feature within the first 30 days, contribute a Power Agents change by day 60, and own a PoC component by day 90

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack engineering fundamentals across backend and frontend • Ability to build a working API, connect it to a data source, and surface it through a functional UI • Demonstrable experience building something with an LLM API • Practical understanding of RAG and tool-calling • Familiarity with frontier model developments and AI coding tools • Clean, well-documented code and ability to learn quickly • Python and/or TypeScript valued • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent frameworks valued • Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, or an equivalent cloud data platform valued • Knowledge of RAG patterns, vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, or Weaviate, and basic evaluation harness design valued • Understanding of observability basics, including traces versus logs and tools such as Langfuse or LangSmith • JD Power internal platform or API familiarity valued
