📋 Description

• Build full-stack features and components for Innovation Crew pilots • Develop backend services, REST APIs, data pipeline connectors, and frontend implementations • Integrate builds with Snowflake, internal APIs, cloud platforms, and the API Gateway • Contribute agent patterns, tests, traces, documentation, and reusable modules to the Power Agents library • Build tool integrations, evaluation harnesses, and observability instrumentation for AI agents • Consume and configure frontier model APIs, agentic frameworks, and MCP server integrations • Implement frontend components, connect UI layers to backend services, and contribute to the shared component library • Support technical scoping, investigate technical unknowns, estimate effort, and contribute to Emerging Technology evaluations • Build proof-of-concept implementations and contribute benchmark findings to Technology Radar drafts • Write clean, documented code oriented toward handoff to maintaining teams

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack engineering fundamentals across backend and frontend • Ability to build REST APIs, connect APIs to data sources, and implement functional UIs • Experience building something with an LLM API • Practical understanding of RAG and tool-calling • Experience using AI coding tools • Clean, well-documented code and fast-learning orientation • Python and/or TypeScript valued • Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent agent frameworks valued • Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, or equivalent cloud data platform valued • Knowledge of RAG patterns, vector databases, and basic evaluation harness design valued • Observability basics, including traces, logs, Langfuse, or LangSmith valued • JD Power internal platform or API familiarity valued • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where employment is offered • JD Power does not provide employment sponsorship for this position
