📋 Description

• Lead Amazon channel day-to-day execution and strategic guidance for Jellycat North America • Develop the Amazon roadmap, annual operating plan, P&L targets, and omnichannel integration model • Optimize product mix and launch sequencing using data analysis • Build and maintain the eCommerce LTV model • Own Amazon P&L, revenue tracking, FBA fee monitoring, advertising ROI, and contribution margin reporting • Lead Amazon agency selection and make the final recommendation with the Director of eCommerce • Manage the appointed Amazon agency and set its strategic direction • Set full-funnel advertising strategy across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP, and Streaming TV • Own weekly and monthly Amazon performance dashboards • Use Amazon Brand Analytics, AMC, and Seller Central data to identify trends, threats, audience patterns, and product anomalies • Monitor FBA inventory health and escalate stockout or fee risks • Drive Amazon-related workstreams across Operations, IT, Finance, and Brand • Report directly to the Director of eCommerce, North America

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct Amazon experience • At least 3 years owning or co-owning a brand’s Amazon Seller Central 3P business at $10M+ annual revenue scale • Located in Minneapolis, MN, New York, NY, or remotely in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States • Experience leading a distributor-to-in-house Seller Central migration for a branded consumer goods company • Experience with buy box loss, ranking recovery, and ASIN migration sequencing • Experience with premium brands using Amazon for brand building and customer acquisition • Mastery of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaign architecture • Understanding and practical use of Amazon Marketing Cloud to generate commercial insights • Experience driving IT, Operations, and Finance deliverables as a business owner • Amazon agency management experience • Excel proficiency for P&L models, contribution margin analyses, and LTV calculations • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
