📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive production schedules and monitor progress against milestones • Input and follow up on project-related tasks for internal team leads according to the project schedule • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams • Provide regular updates, maintain pending items, and ensure feedback is received and executed correctly • Review projects before client delivery to ensure project goals, client expectations, and error-free quality • Review digital marketing plans for accurate spending and budget compliance • Request hour allocation and ensure projects remain profitable • Maintain internal and external meeting agendas • Take detailed meeting notes for reference and follow-up • Manage vendor communications and relationships for physical deliverables • Route proofs and edits between the Spark451 team and vendors • Identify team knowledge gaps and conduct informal training • Provide consulting and support on complex deliverables • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience (Higher Education adjacent background preferred) • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and PowerPoint • Expert interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain professional rapport across various stakeholders • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion while working with a high level of autonomy • Collaborative mindset and ability to execute tasks independently to meet deadlines • Self-motivated learner with the drive to take initiative and master new processes quickly • Jenzabar does not sponsor applicants for work visas
