📋 Description

• Set the technical bar and architecture for chatbot systems • Shape prompt-engineering team priorities while keeping architecture scalable • Build automations for record disputes, email/callout reduction, and document validation • Evaluate emerging AI technologies including voicebots and computer-use agents • Decide which AI investments to pursue and build and ship systems to production • Partner with OpenAI to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering • Ideally experience at an early-stage startup with end-to-end ownership of outcomes • Hands-on depth with AI and ability to evaluate competing architectures or approaches • Experience putting LLM-based systems into production • Experience with evals, regressions, latency, cost, and failure-handling • Experience building with newly released AI models • Proficiency with TypeScript, Nest.js, React, GraphQL, AWS, ECS/EKS, Lambda, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
