📋 Description

• Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Define business problems, clarify the decision to be informed, and challenge flawed questions • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface insights that improve key business metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps • Drive decisions and execute initiatives through to completion

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills and ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Analytical proficiency with SQL or Python • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
