📋 Description

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers • Process service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents • Answer customer questions about existing insurance policies, coverages, and policy benefits • Make changes to existing policies • Retain Jerry policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation • Manage customer policy changes for Jerry’s insurance carrier partners

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Passion for helping others • 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment • Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia • Full-time employment • P&C license expected within 60 days after starting
