📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn and apply knowledge of Jerry's insurance-company panel to match customers with suitable coverage • Develop deep knowledge of the Jerry app • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the product • Work on either the sales or service path within the Customer Operations team

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Ability to work full-time • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time hourly employees • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for the applicable U.S. roles • P&C insurance license status requested; the employer may pay for the license if the candidate does not have one
