📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, qualifying discounts, and renewal issues • Answer inbound calls from policyholders • Learn and explain the insurance product and app • Resolve customer inquiries through problem solving • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide feedback to improve the product

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for full-time hourly employment • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must have or be willing to obtain a P&C insurance license
