📋 Description

• Take great care of customers and identify coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn and recommend appropriate products from a large panel of insurance companies • Develop deep knowledge of the Jerry app • Solve problems and remove barriers to obtaining appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for U.S.-based employment • P&C insurance license is not required initially; Jerry.ai will pay for obtaining one if needed
