📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult customers on insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with suitable insurance products • Begin paid remote training from day one • Complete 16 weeks of training for licensed hires or 18 weeks for unlicensed hires • Work scheduled shifts of 11:30 AM–8:00 PM EST, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM EST, or 1:30 PM–10:00 PM EST • Maintain department work-at-home requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years sales experience preferred • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales • Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in one of the specified eligible states • Must remain in the resident state for at least one year before relocating • Must work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet with minimum 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
