📋 Description

• Generate revenue by selling WM environmental services to small/medium business segment customers • Receive and close warm customer leads from inbound calls, internal lead sources, and online sales streams • Expand sales of products and services with existing customers • Conduct pre-sales activities to understand customer needs and prepare for sales calls • Gather marketing materials and pricing plans, identify customer needs and interests, and anticipate objections • Negotiate and close sales by communicating alternatives and positions to reach mutually beneficial agreements • Follow established WM sales processes • Present WM products and services using a consultative approach tied to customer business needs • Adjust sales techniques based on the prospect or customer • Overcome objections by emphasizing the value of WM offerings • Finalize sales agreements with actions and next steps • Complete post-sale administrative work to support successful product/service implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the US • Must live within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) • No experience required • Consultative selling approach • Ability to receive and close warm customer leads • Ability to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals • Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for business air travel or federal property access
