📋 Description

• Grow an established book of business • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and influencers • Manage a portfolio of customers and learn their business needs • Contact customers by phone and email • Generate new sales opportunities and upsell through phone, email, and electronic communication • Oversee responses to customer order and quotation requests • Prospect through outbound calling and emailing • Facilitate sales through project management, open-order tracking, issue resolution, and customer support • Generate profitable growth through quota attainment • Provide product pricing using pricing matrices and other resources • Develop product code directives while maintaining target margin goals • Perform estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as needed • Refer complex or unusual problems to a supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, or Ohio • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred • Specialized skills training/certification may be required • Generally 2–5 years of experience in area of responsibility • B2B experience/CRM knowledge is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel • Must be able to pass a background/drug test • Ability to work the 6:00/6:30 a.m. CT shift Monday–Friday • Ability to perform occasional overnight travel, typically less than 10% of the time
