📋 Description

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email • Identify customer needs and provide optimal or alternative product solutions • Educate potential clients on insurance options, provide quotes, and close sales • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, including new product and policy changes • Enter customer data accurately and research customer information • Address customer concerns, demonstrate empathy, and move customers toward commitment • Use AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools responsibly according to data governance, security, and ethical-use standards

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent diploma • Six (6) to twelve (12) months in a customer service environment; previous success in a sales-based environment preferred but not required • Superb customer service skills and strong customer focus • Commitment to customer satisfaction • Must reside in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, Georgia or Texas • Eligibility to obtain a license for selling travel insurance across all 50 states • Limited lines license acquired post-hire, requiring background checks but no testing • Availability for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts with start times between 8am and 3:30pm Eastern time
