📋 Description

• Place inside sales calls to healthcare professionals for neurology products via telephone, email, and chat • Comply with reporting requirements for adverse events, product quality complaints, and patient privacy/data privacy • Manage assigned targets and territories and achieve program goals • Use gatekeeping skills to reach appropriate targets and provide engaging product dialogue • Handle calls according to client specifications using computer systems, manual documentation, and training resources • Call doctors’ offices remotely and provide education on prescription drugs, focusing on neurology products • Execute proactive acquisition activities to sell or promote client products and services • Identify customer requirements and match or tailor product and service offerings • Provide product and service information, including legally required information, and explain processes • Enter necessary customer information to update the database

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Successfully pass a criminal background check • Strong customer service mindset • Clear, professional communication • Ability to follow instructions accurately • Pass an internet speed test: download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms • Ability to connect via ethernet cable to a modem/router • Must live in one of the eligible states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming • Ability to make 1–3 mandatory air trips per year for sales meetings
