📋 Description

• Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, eligible discounts, and renewal issues • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Learn the insurance product panel and Jerry.ai app • Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide product feedback and help improve the customer experience • Determine through the interview process whether the candidate is best suited for sales or service

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Full-time hourly employees must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future • P&C insurance license status is requested; license is not required because Jerry.ai will pay for it if needed
