📋 Description

• Take great care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal increases • Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies • Assist policyholders with policy changes • Develop deep knowledge of the insurance product panel and Jerry app • Problem solve to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage • Process service requests involving vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents • Provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required • Genuinely friendly and positive attitude • Willingness to work as a team • Strong work ethic • Strong problem solving skills • Strong communication skills • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this hourly role • P&C insurance license status is requested; license is not required because Jerry.ai will pay for it if needed
