📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap through rollout • Partner with engineers to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails while balancing latency, cost, and accuracy • Translate technical concepts between engineering and the broader organization • Establish AI best practices and platform standards • Drive improvements in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through experimentation • Work with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation • Own the roadmap and platform direction for customer-facing AI, voicebots, computer-use agents, and consumer AI applications • Report directly to the COO

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup • Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs • Track record of turning complex, strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products • Experience with API design and system architecture • Familiarity with SQL and ability to use data to answer questions and validate hypotheses • Ability to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards • Ability to reside in an eligible location: specified U.S. states or Ontario, Canada • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
