📋 Description

• Sit on the central BizOps & Analytics team while being embedded in a core business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Own the analytical function for the assigned business unit end-to-end • Define the business questions and decisions that analyses should address • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key team metrics • Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and the appropriate next steps • Drive initiatives and execution through to measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership decisions • First-principles problem solving and hypothesis development • Comfort with Excel, SQL, or Python • Ability to communicate complex findings and gain stakeholder buy-in • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub
