📋 Description

• Lead Jerry's content quality and output on jerry.ai and external platforms • Build content that ranks on Google and earns citations in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini • Develop page structures that help AI answer engines surface Jerry's answers • Track Jerry's visibility across search and answer engines and close gaps • Own the editorial engine, including what to publish, where, and why • Set the content roadmap and defend resource allocation against competing priorities • Design and operate a scalable brief → AI draft → human edit → QA → publish production system • Build quality controls and drift metrics to prevent output degradation • Decide which tasks AI handles and where human review remains in the loop • Set and enforce editorial standards across writers and AI agents • Establish infrastructure for named authors, sourced claims, and transparent review processes • Lead a lean team with one direct report, AI agents, and freelance contributors • Own organic traffic, AI-citation, and customer acquisition targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Strong editorial taste and ability to write engaging, compelling content for humans and LLMs • Insatiable desire to learn rapidly evolving SEO and AEO domains • LLM power user; ability to use LLMs for drafting, research, synthesis, automation, and amplification • Ability to lead content quality and output across jerry.ai and external platforms • Ability to design and operate an AI-native brief-to-publish content pipeline • Ability to enforce sourcing, verification, named authors, and transparent review processes for insurance and financing content • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada
