📋 Description

• Learn product management and develop a ground-level understanding of funnel performance • Conduct structured product walkthroughs to map user journeys and identify friction points • Monitor user feedback from reviews, support tickets, and research and turn it into actionable insights • Drive bug triage and resolution with engineering • Lead end-to-end delivery of product initiatives, including landing pages and compliance-driven features • Contribute to A/B testing and experiment design • Partner with Design and Engineering to ship clear, trustworthy experiences • Translate ambiguous customer problems into hypotheses and requirements • Report directly to the VP of Growth • Maintain 3–4 hours of daily overlap with China business hours for engineering coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally consumer-facing products • Strong analytical skills and ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to synthesize messy signals into clear recommendations • Willingness to maintain regular daily overlap with China business hours • Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
