📋 Description

• Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Guide engaged users through the insurance purchasing process • Help customers compare 55+ insurance companies and select an affordable policy • Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions • Finalize customers’ insurance policies • Deliver highly hospitable, service-oriented customer experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Retail/service background, including experience at environments such as Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco • Customer-service-oriented approach focused on exceptional hospitality • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment and handle several tasks at once • Must pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance • Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for the full-time hourly role • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required • P&C license status requested in the application
