📋 Description

• Own the analytical function for an embedded business unit across growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships • Define the business questions and decisions that analyses should inform • Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments • Surface data insights that improve key business metrics • Bring recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations counterparts • Explain what is happening, why it is happening, and recommend next steps • Drive analytical initiatives and decisions through execution end-to-end

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company • Strong analytical skills • Ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently • Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact • Clear, persuasive communication skills with ability to influence leadership-level decisions • Comfortable with SQL or Python • Experience with SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub • Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
