📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development of the AI platform and customer experiences, from roadmap through rollout • Partner with engineers on prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails, balancing latency, cost, and accuracy • Translate technical concepts between engineering and the broader organization • Establish AI best practices and platform standards • Drive improvement in answer quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates through experimentation • Work with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation • Own the unified roadmap and platform direction for customer-facing chatbot, vehicle photo validation, back-office automation, voicebot, computer-use, and consumer AI applications • Report directly to the COO and lead an important growth lever

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a technical role such as forward deployed engineering, technical product management, or similar at a fast-paced startup • Passion and curiosity for AI systems, including modern LLMs • Track record of turning complex strategic ideas into scalable, production-grade products • Strong knowledge of AI platform development and customer-facing AI experiences • Experience with API design and system architecture • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis • Ability to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails • Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and implement AI platform standards • Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Full-time salaried employment only for this role
