📋 Description

• Drive progress across a key new product bet, such as motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat or RV insurance, or non-insurance products • Ramp quickly on a new domain • Distill quantitative and qualitative data and insights to identify high-leverage priorities • Build and ship new products • Gather customer feedback quickly, apply learnings, and iterate • Own product execution from early concept or early launch through product-market fit and scaling • Contribute to the product roadmap • Take ownership of operationally complex products, customer personas, pain points, and paths to scale

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-facing product management, or an equivalent role at a high-growth startup • Consumer product instincts from direct product-building experience or close work alongside consumer product teams • Comfort with data; ability to run independent analysis and build conviction from messy signals • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada • Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada
