📋 Description

• Own the product vision and roadmap for high-impact product lines • Lead product development in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams • Make strategic decisions regarding product features and investments • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members and cross-functional partners • Directly own the roadmap and execution for client data onboarding and integration • Bridge Engineering and DAS at the intersection of platform engineering and data governance • Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive product growth and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 4 Year / Bachelors Degree (Minimum) • In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered • 7 Years Product Management Experience • Extensive experience defining product strategy and leading product development • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, especially with junior team members • Ability to manage complex product portfolios and prioritize initiatives effectively • Advanced problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making • Deep technical fluency, including API design (Swagger/Postman), SQL/NoSQL querying, and leveraging LLMs to optimize engineering workflows and technical specifications • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and drug screen • Candidates should refrain from using AI tools during interviews
