📋 Description

• Lead implementation and learning for the Accelerating Completion of Mathematics and English (ACME) project • Serve as the project team lead for ACME • Develop and manage ACME workstreams aligned with JFF’s mission, project goals, and state-level priorities • Support state leadership teams in establishing policy or goals, shared metrics, reporting expectations, and sustainable implementation conditions • Advise and co-design with public open-access institutions, faculty, and staff on placement practices, course structures, mathematics pathways, and corequisite supports • Apply an equity-centered approach to implementation decisions • Anticipate implementation challenges, propose solutions, and improve delivery using partner feedback and project data • Establish communication plans, decision points, roles, and follow-through processes across workstreams • Track milestones, risks, partner commitments, and emerging learning; escalate issues and recommend adjustments • Support funder stewardship, reporting, proposal development, and opportunities to extend ACME’s impact • Convene and facilitate the ACME cross-state Community of Practice • Translate implementation experience into narratives, presentations, products, and recommendations • Connect ACME partners to the ELEVATE Postsecondary Network • Contribute to ELEVATE convenings, learning forums, and dissemination activities • Participate in assigned ELEVATE-related projects such as EPCHA • Contribute to Community of Practice design, technical assistance, and partner coordination • Partner with the Associate Vice President to develop proposals, concept notes, and funder materials • Support funder cultivation through insights, storytelling, and briefings

• Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to postsecondary or education-focused initiatives • Experience with project management, technical assistance, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and translating implementation learning into useful products or recommendations • Passion for JFF’s mission and North Star • Commitment to inclusion, belonging, and well-being values and practices • Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% • Ability to model inclusive leadership and work effectively with diverse colleagues • Ability to build positive, collaborative work cultures and develop people • Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders • Experience implementing process improvements and deploying systems to increase effectiveness, innovation, and quality • Experience leading projects and executing initiatives aligned with strategic goals • Good judgment and clear analytical thinking • Ability to establish communication plans and present views clearly with compelling narratives or analysis • Positions at JFF are not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship or open to F-1 student visa holders • Resume and thoughtful cover letter required
